The participant's E-mail address is considered as one of the unique identifiers. Each time you access the registration from, you will be asked to provide your E-mail address for identification.
When you submit the completed registration form at least once, the form will email you a brief message with a password. Use your E-mail address and that password on subsequent visits, if you need to make any permitted updates or to complete registration that was started earlier but abandoned and left incomplete for some reason. If you mislay or forget that password, you will be able to reset it - there is an option for this, located near the password entry field.
The text from the form fields First name, Last Name, and Hospital/Institution will be printed on your Event ID Badge.
The payments are collected via Mount Sinai Hospital PayPal where you may use any major credit card or your own PayPal account.
Once all the required information on the registration form, including your choice of a participation ticket, is submitted, the PayPal checkout link button will appear near the very bottom of the registration form page.
When you click or tap on that button, the checkout interface will pop up and you will be able to make your payment.
At the checkout, the billing name and address information of the payee must match the name and address of the credit card holder (or that of account holder), which may be different from the registering participant for whome the ticket will be purchased.
Important note for anyone using an institution-issued or a corporate credit card at the PayPal checkout; this may be especially important when several participants from a single institution wish to pay using the same institution-issued or corporate credit card.
At the checkout, ensure that the billing name and address information of the payee matches the actual credit card holder. - The credit card holder is the payee; and that may not necessarily always be the same person as the registering participant for whom the ticket will be purchased.
Should PayPal detect that the payee's name and address do not match the name and address on the credit card, the payment may get rejected and, in some cases, the associated credit card might be rejected also for subsequent transactions at PayPal.
